I don't think so; they said G13 was coming in January

.... i no, but they wnt add all the content at once, they'll add little by little, and test the parts on the live server. so on the g13 upgrade maint they just activate the added, add a bit more and test

Whut? They can add something then activate it later? o-o I DIDN'T KNOW THAT xD!
That's probably how people broke into Rath Castle during G10 to get Evade o-o

Actually Alot of the content is sometimes already in the system its just we dont have access to it. They are probably Adding some parts of G13 because G13 has alot of content update.
