wth, i know a few people that brought alot yesterday because they were leaving.........
...and if that was the patch note so wth did nexon do in those 4 hours? I think they tried to find/fix the rb system problem. This leads me to believe that they are clueless where the issue is. This problem might take a while to patch cents its not like they dislike people buying cards to rb.
In the meantime, There is a glitch that let's u free rb:

Basically you use a mule account with a 22+ year old character. u log into the 22+yr old, go through most of the rb process, then DC yourself. After the DC u switch accounts to rb ur main charather. I did it and it works
